Hört sich mit available beides schlecht an, wobie 1) besser klingt
Was genau wollt ihr übersetzen? Würde das einfach anders formulieren.

Klingt um Längen besser

Wo ist denn da der Streit ???

Es kommt drauf an, wer angesprochen wird - hauptsächlich Engländer, Amerikaner, generell europäisches Ausland ... ?

"in the meantime" oder "as follows" sagt eigentlich niemand ...

Wenn Du z.B. sagen möchtest:

"We are on vacation/out of office" oder "our service is unavailable" oder "we are closed for stocktaking" ... "from Monday, 30 January 2006 to ..." oder 30/01/06 (englisch) - Monday, January 30, 2006 oder 1/30/06 (amerikanisch) - international verwenden wir bei uns mittlerweile 30-Jan-06

dann könntest Du schreiben:

"concerning Service & Support, please contact Mr. XYZ" - "regarding blubb, our hot line will be more than happy to answer your questions"

Du könntest auch einfach anfügen:

"We won't be able to take calls or answer emails directly. Please accept a delay of x days/weeks upon request."
